- This Return and Refund policy are applicable for shopping via official Bio Tech website only.
- We shall provide our best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there is any discrepancy of product(s) delivered and the customer wishes for return and refund, please email us in our official website within seven (7) days upon receiving the product(s). We will contact you for the procedures in respect of the return of product(s) and refund. The customer is advised to wait for our further instruction for the next course of action.
- If the Customer opts for replacement or exchange of product(s), the affected products MUST be returned to us as directed by pursuant to Item No. 2 hereinabove. All replacement or exchange of product(s) subject to stocks availability.
- Return / exchange of product(s) / refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
i) if product(s) has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
ii) if product(s) out of date or expired; or
iii) if the wrong product(s) which is different from the order is delivered
iv)The Customer shall return the aforesaid product(s) in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered together with the proof of order, payment and delivery of the product(s).
- If product(s) which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, we shall either refund the customer(s) the value of that product(s) or replace the product(s) accordingly.
- If product(s) which was not included in the customer's order is delivered to the customer, we shall collect back the product(s) from the customer.
- If the customer has been charged for product(s) which has not been delivered, we shall refund the customer the value of the product(s) as originally charged to the customer.
- If customer is charged more than the value of product(s) as displayed on official website when the customer makes its order, we shall refund to the customer the variance.
- The return of product(s) by a customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. We will inspect the returned product(s) upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in Item No. 4 of this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made to the customer and we will reimburse the customer of its courier charges for returning of the product(s) to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.
- All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalize the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
- The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product(s) to be returned until it reaches us.We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product(s) prior to the product(s) received by us. The customers are advised to pack safely the product(s) to prevent any loss or damage to the product(s) or its original packaging.
